I just kinda wish that my nervous system wasn't tied up in old responses that, yes, used to keep me safe etc etc (good job bb, good job)... But n o w are not needed and in fact are pretty maladaptive AND you know after all this time and therapy, I wonder if my nervous system could please just get on board???!!!
