It’s so hard to not fall into the despair of the 24 hour news cycle. Every time I check social media there is some new terrible thing happening and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and despondent. That’s not going to help any of us. I’m trying to remember that dark as this moment feels, dark as it is, the world has broken and rebuilt over and over again. And each time, human connection & love have provided safety and pathways forward. Connection is the most important thing to focus on right now.
