I may have screamed 'go fuck yourself' at my phone as I flung it down after a really fucked up session with my-no-longer-therapist after they said the election really doesn't matter and dismissed why I feel unsafe in my community. ⁠⠀

Maybe this is one example of how art can be catharsis? IDK.
