What If It All Goes Right: Mental Health Mug
It can be really hard to stop the doom spiral, especially when you have been triggered, and especially when you are *frequently* triggered. But, something that I have been thinking about a lot lately is that if something can go terribly wrong, then it can also go very, very right. So, I want to try to practice imagining things going right, especially when I find myself tiptoeing around a negative headspace.
